Nordic Carbide AB manufactures and markets calcium carbide, a raw material used in the steel industry for desulfurization and in the production of acetylene gas. The factory is Scandinavia's only carbide facility with customers in the steel and gas industries in the Nordic countries and Central Europe. Nordic Carbide AB is currently owned by the German company AlzChem Trostberg GmbH, an international chemical company with both well-established and new products for the global market. The factory in Stockvik currently has 50 employees with headquarters in Trostberg, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

The positions are aimed at those who want to work in industrial manufacturing.

The tasks vary depending on the working hours, shifts or daytime.

-Daytime work mainly consists of supporting production with material supply, packing of materials, and cleanliness.

-Shift work involves direct production-based tasks such as tapping, maintenance, and cleanliness.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in industrial work or a strong willingness to learn new things and is not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed.
